It’s eleven PM, your baby is crying, your wife is crying, … don’t be afraid that’s how it goes.
Babies cry, it’s a fact. Even when they are clean and have just eaten. They still cry.
Mothers cry as well. And as for the baby, they do so even if they are clean and have just eaten. They cry when their baby has been crying for two hours, for two days, for two weeks. They just cry because they are tired and they just want to hit pause on the remote.
And this is were your read carefully: you’re the pause button on the remote.
The negative part: if you were planning on surfing the internet , forget it. Really … forget it. Don’t even try to surf while holding the baby crying. We’ve all been through that, we’ve all tried that already. First, the baby won’t stop crying. Second, the mother will hear the baby cry (and you don’t want to do that, you’re the pause, remember.). Third, you will not be able to surf right (and it might get on your nerves).
The positive part: you’re the pause and you can choose how to implement it. Walk the house, Talk, Ride the car. The baby will cry. A lot. But in the end, he will probably fall asleep and you’ll be proud of yourself.
